PSP movies in less than ten minutes!

Thanks a lot for visiting my hub. Or is it a page? Who knows?

Anyway, I'm going to show you how to watch movies on your sony psp. It's quick, simple, and relatively inexpensive too.Let's get started!

First of all, you need to make sure you have a computer available, and also a means of connection between that and your PSP. The two are going to need to be connected in order to let you transfer the files/convert the files etc so you can watch movies on PSP, so it's worthwhile to make sure they are pretty close to each other. To connect them, switch the PSP off, make the connection and switch the PSP back on. Once it's started up, visit Settings and hit X. This should activate the connection between the PSP and the computer, so be patient while they get used to each other.

PSP movies, how to watch them...

Next, you'll need to go to the computer and use the mouse to access My Computer. Inside that, you'll see that you suddenly have some new hardware attached - The PSP! Now open up the PSP, go into the memory stick, and open the PSP folder. Once inside there, you'll want to create a new folder called 100mnv01, which is where the MP4 movies get stored. Once that one's done, create another folder in the same place called MP_ROOT.

And that's all folks! Told you it was simple to watch movies on PSP didn't I?

All you need to do from there is save the movies (in MP4 format) into the first folder you created, 100mnv01, and you should then be able to play them from the PSP. Very simple.

I hope that's been useful, and I hope I've shown you that you can watch movies on PSP without paying for silly UMD discs!
